Q: What brands of Motorcycles can I mount the JJ Cycle Pass to?

A: The JJ Cycle Pass will work on all motorcycles with exposed handlebars.

Q: Will the JJ Cycle Pass work with any toll pass?

A: Our holder does not currently work with the FastPass  in CA or the SunPass  in FL.

Q: What if I have a Honda Goldwing or a Touring bike with a fairing?

A: If you have a bike with a fairing, you will need to purchase a RAM-BAR mount to hold the JJ Cycle Pass slightly above the fairing. (Available from JJ Cycle Pass).

Q: What if I have a windshield with a tool bag?

A: The JJ Cycle Pass holder was designed to work with this configuration: without a RAM-BAR.

Q: Is it legal to use my toll pass collector for both my bike and car?

A: In Illinois you are allowed to use the same toll tag on any vehicle that is registered to your toll tag account. You will need to check with your state's highway authority for laws in your state.

Q: Do I have to remove the Velcro from my toll pass collector in order to use it in the JJ Cycle Pass?

A: The JJ Cycle Pass holder was designed to be used with the Velcro on. The “quick release strap” presses down on the Velcro to prevent the toll pass collector from rattling in the JJ Cycle Pass holder.

Q: Will the JJ Cycle Pass work in all weather?

A: The JJ Cycle Pass holder will withstand all types of weather. However, there is no guarantee that the toll pass collector is weather proof. Please check with the toll pass collector company.

Q: What if I have after-market handlebars with a larger diameter?

A: Our product will work on handlebars up to 1.5" in diameter. There will be some gapping between the clamp on any bars over 1". Longer screws may need to be purchased to accommodate gapping.

Q: What if I have a Sport Bike?

A: The JJ Cycle Pass will mount to the mirror of a sportbike or any handlebar smaller than 1/2" using the rubber spacer provided.
